Understanding Islam: Submission to Allah

- Shahada (Declaration of Faith): Professing the oneness of Allah and the prophethood of Muhammad.
- Salah (Prayer): Performing ritual prayers five times a day facing the Kaaba in Mecca.
- Zakat (Almsgiving): Giving a portion of one's wealth to those in need as a form of purification and social responsibility.
- Sawm (Fasting): Observing fasting during the month of Ramadan, abstaining from food, drink, and other physical needs from dawn until sunset.
- Hajj (Pilgrimage): Undertaking a pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca at least once in a lifetime, if physically and financially able.

The Significance of the Quran

"Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - they will have the Gardens of Paradise as a lodging." (Quran 18:107)
Similarly, those who deny the truth and persist in disbelief will face the consequences in the hereafter:
"But those who disbelieve and deny Our signs - those are the companions of Hellfire." (Quran 5:10)
