And so, I met him between Abu Bakr and 'Umar as they were walking, so I followed them, until they came upon a man from the Jews, who spread the Torah to console himself over the death of his son, the best of the young men and the most handsome of them.

The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "I ask you by He who revealed the Torah to Moses, peace be upon him, do you find in the Book of Allah my description and place of emergence?" The man shook his head, that is to say, 'No.' But his son said: "By the one who revealed the Torah to Moses, indeed he finds you in the Torah, your description, and your place of emergence, so I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and that you are the Messenger of Allah."

The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Keep the Jew away from your brother". Then peace was upon him, he took charge of his shroud and the prayer for him.
